Property rental costs vary considerably with the size (number of-bedrooms) and quality of a property, its age and the facilities provided, and the length of the rental period (see below).

Short-term Rentals

There are virtually no short-term rental properties in Nicosia. The prices quoted below are weekly.

• Larnaca – A two-bedroom house can be rented for around CY£275, a four-bedroom villa for between £750 and £1,200 per week.
• Limassol – In Limassol city, a two-bedroom apartment costs around CY£375 and a luxury four-bedroom house CY£1,000. In Pissouri Bay and village, a two-bedroom villa costs CY£650 and a three-bedroom villa CY£825.
• Paphos – A two-bedroom apartment costs around CY£400, a three-bedroom house CY£550 and a large villa from CY£750.

Long-term Rentals

The prices quoted below are monthly.

• Larnaca – A one- or two-bedroom apartment costs around CY£250, a townhouse around CY£300 and a larger detached house around CY£500.
• Limassol – Prices are slightly higher than in Larnaca, a one- or two-bedroom apartment costing around CY£270, a townhouse around CY£350 and a larger house between CY£500 and CY£600.
• Nicosia – Property in the capital is more expensive than in Limassol, a one- or two-bedroom apartment costing around CY£350, a larger apartment or townhouse around CY£400 and a large or detached house around CY£650.
• Paphos – Apartments in cost around CY£270, townhouses around CY£350 and larger houses or villas around CY£500.
