This land is a large elevated and level plot on the edge of the village of Agia Marina. It benefits from panoramic views of the Akamas Peninsular and the sea at Chrysochous Bay on one side and the mountains to the rear. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and the village shops are close by. Polis town lays approx 15 minutes drive away with its supermarkets and other facilities.

Agia Marina is a quiet, beach-side village located at the western end of the island near Polis and on the road to Pomos. The major town and resort of Paphos and the airport is approx 45 minutes drive away.
